ACA Cricket Academy is hosting an interaction session with legendary Former Indian Cricketer Farokh Engineer with the event named “An Evening with the Legend”. The venue of the event is 91 Yards Club Auditorium, ACA Stadium Complex, Barsapara, Guwahati, on April 6th, 2024, from 6:30 PM onwards. The enlightening conversation will be led by veteran journalist and author Mr. Wasbir Hussain. This event promises to offer insights into Farokh Engineer’s illustrious career and his experiences in the world of cricket.
Adding to the significance of the event, Shri Naba Kamal Bhuyan, 95 years old, senior most living cricketer of Assam who represented the State in the Ranji Trophy in 1948, will also grace the occasion as a special guest, further enriching the evening.
In addition to the engaging conversation, attendees can look forward to a musical rendition featuring the acclaimed violinist Sunita Khaund Bhuyan and her band.
“It’s a great moment for us to have Mr. Farokh Engineer amongst ourselves. Listening to him would be an enriching and enlightening experience for many of us. We are looking forward to the evening,” said BCCI Joint Secretary Devajit Saikia who is also the Member Secretary of ACA Cricket Academy.
